Overheating in labor is very common. Fans can offer some relief, but sometimes only a spritz of water is strong enough to work. This sprayer has such a fine mist and a long-spray rather than a short burst, making it less jarring and perfect for cooling off.
Tip - aim the sprayer 18" above the laboring person's head and allow the mist to delicately fall on them.
