Can the top handles fit over your shoulder?
No they are grab handles and can slip up to your elbow

Like the Anna, the exterior side pockets can hold a large water bottle

Does the organizer fit in the Caroline?
No, the organizer does not fit in the Caroline. The insert is limited to the majority of our leather diaper bags and totes. However, our packing cases fit perfectly in the Caroline! It’s a beautiful pairing.
